再说美国，美国政府现在是明令禁止进口俄罗斯石油，但是却偷偷地从印度和土耳其购买俄罗斯的出口石油，这已经是加过一次价格的了，可即便就是这样也比国际油价低，倒手以后就会有利润，美国重利益能赚钱的事情他们肯定不会落下，事实上数他们喊抵制俄罗斯的声音最高，但是购买俄罗斯石油最多的还是美国。

联合国秘书长古特雷斯专门跑到了俄罗斯找磋商希望俄罗斯能在乌克兰让出一条通道让美国把在乌克兰的2000万吨粮食运出去。

因为现在俄罗斯已经占领了乌克兰五分之一的领土，包含了乌克兰最重要的几个港口，现在的乌克兰完全成为了内陆国家，乌克兰是全世界上黑土地最肥沃的国家，而乌克兰所产的粮食大部分都被美国的四大粮商和农场主所垄断，等于乌克兰的粮食其实就是美国的粮食，现在美国有2000万吨粮食在乌克兰，可是因为俄军占领现在一粒粮食也运不出去，这才有联合国秘书长专门跑俄罗斯找替美国求情，而给的答案则是除非美国把制裁俄罗斯的法案消除否则不可能。

现在全球粮食较为紧张，大多数的国家包括印度前段时间也发声明禁止印度粮食出口，粮食能源就是国家的命脉，产粮大国都不出口粮食了现在。
